These exciting new clinical leadership Band 7 roles will involve working in collaboration with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues in addition to colleagues from 'The Brook' our 10-bedded Learning Disability and Autism inpatient unit. We are seeking broad multidisciplinary representation, including Mental Health and Learning Disability nursing in addition to AHPs with Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy backgrounds. You should have extensive clinical knowledge, advanced clinical leadership skills and be able to prioritise and manage workload. You should also have excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act knowledge in addition to advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation and risk assessment skills. Interview dates - 12th / 13th December.
