You should be proactive, caring and committed to the role and able to work well independently as well as within the team, reporting directly to the Reception Supervisor and Practice Management Team. The role will involve being the initial face of the practice, it is important to have great communication skills, showing empathy when needed. Please see job description for more details. You will work within the administrative team and team working is an essential attribute to being successful in this role. You will need to be able to use your initiative where necessary, whilst at the same time understanding and remaining within your limitations. Training, both internally and externally will be provided as required. Support is always offered from within the team. About us To undertake all aspects of reception duties and ensure that the reception area of the Practice runs smoothly, provides a high level of service to patients, doctors, nurses and other members of the Practice team.
