The main roles will be to schedule appointments for X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, Fluoroscopy and C.T. using the Trust's I.T system. The applicants must have an excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines with accurate I.T skills. The post holder will be required to work with patients verbally over the telephone ensuring accurate information is communicated in a clear empathetic manner.
