The Unit will assess Respiratory patients in the view to triaging, assessing and discharging on the same day. The opening hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. About us The successful candidate should be motivated and have the ability to inspire staff and have previous experience and evidence of implementing changes and embedding good practise into the culture of our department. It is essential that you are able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to support the development of the stroke service. The successful applicant needs to have excellent organisational and time management skills with an aptitude for problem solving. You must have excellent clinical knowledge and skills, demonstrated through completion of competency packages . You will need to be a good communicator, be self-motivated, provide high standards of clinical skills and have the ability to influence and drive innovative practice within a face growing and exciting speciality setting.
