Using UHCWi methodology to identify areas for improvement, to enhance the patient journey and improve/maintain staff wellbeing and morale. You will help maintain a safe environment for patients and staff by monitoring health and Safety / Risk assessments, ensuring effective roster management and day to day skill mix, performing local and Trust wide audits - monitoring trends and acting on results. Ensuring patient information is up to date and acting as patient advocate where necessary. Organisation of and participation in cross-departmental/organisational activities including HR, sickness management, resourcing, and bleep-holder responsibilities as appropriate. Demonstrate highly technical and/or practical clinical skills, to ensure optimum patient management including, in accordance with own registration; complex patient monitoring, wound management, medicines management, safeguarding procedures and equipment maintenance - acting as a resource and role model for junior staff.
