You will be part of a large, supportive rehabilitation service, based at the Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with the experience and confidence to work autonomously within the community. You will be required to use your previous experience to work as part of a multidisciplinary team whilst using specialist skills to assess occupational performance and inform rehabilitation objectives, interventions and community treatment plans. You will bring a comprehensive understanding of the role of Occupational Therapy in a community setting and within the context of Intermediate Care. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and able to draw on their experience to deliver high quality clinical services to the population, whilst offering specialist input within the team The service is delivered through multiple site clinics and home visits.
