The position is full time and permanent. You’ll be based at the head office in Victoria with daily interaction with staff at all levels across the business working from main Head office and remotely. An approachable friendly persona is vital. Your role and the jobs you do will naturally develop and increase in line with business needs. You will report directly to the House Manager. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, multi-talented individual who will grow with the company. Key responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to; What You'll Be Doing Providing a welcoming and exceptional first impression for all mountain warehouse colleagues and visitors Greet persons entering organisation with a positive and confident attitude Answering the telephone; screen and redirect calls, take and relay messages Managing a busy inbox. Prioritizing accordingly and flagging mail for the correct person. Receive, sort and post mail daily Organise, log and distribute all incoming and outgoing courier deliveries Auditing & ordering supplies Assist with ordering and processing stationary items and weekly provisions Tidy and maintain the reception area and all meeting rooms around the office to an exceptional standard. Maintain and organize meeting room diaries and assist with bookings Receive, sort and post mail daily General administrative and office support as the business demands Arrange staff travel, both national and internationally You will be required to cover holiday for the House Admin We'd love to meet someone with A good working knowledge of all MS Office packages, especially Excel Pleasant and approachable with excellent communications skills and an outgoing personality Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy office Professional personal presentation Proactive attitude Assertive but discrete but sensitive to environment around them Ability to multitask Flexible Excellent can-do attitude Willingness to roll up sleeves High attention to detail and great organization Impeccable punctuality and who is very reliable Ability to work as a team and independently What’s in it for you?
