{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nHome Support Worker with Baillieston Community Care in Glasgow, UK\n\nFUNCTION – To provide all aspects of care and support to sustain service users within the community whilst adopting a human rights based approach and preserving their freedom of choice, independence and dignity.\n\nDUTIES\n\t\n1.\tTo be aware of service users emotional, social and physical needs, reporting back to the Service Manager / Care Supervisor / CEO any concerns.\n\n2.\tProvide a short break/respite service whilst the main carer has respite.\n\n3.\tAccompany service users on short social journeys to cinema, shops, church etc.\n\n4.\tProvide all aspects of personal care – bathing, toileting and dressing etc. \n\n5.\tOvernight Support – Waking and Sleepover. \n\n6.\tAssisting with meal provision, and ensuring all dietary requirements are maintained.\n\n7.\tProvide a domestic and shopping service to service users.\n\n8.\tRecord in the relevant documentation the care that has been delivered contemporaneously.
