In addition, you'llprovide advice, support and education for patients and their families/carers, voluntary agencies and all those working with the patient regarding their medical condition and how this affects the persons lifestyle and environment in order to maintain relationships, roles and independence. This is a bankpart-time position working21hours perweek until 30th March2025.
