Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team Work directly with babies, children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals Participate in the local Child Protection rota Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative Work alongside 5wte Consultant Paediatricians, 3.8wte Specialist Grade Doctors, and 1wte Specialty Doctor within the service Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
