Massage Therapist with AIRE Ancient Baths in London, England, United Kingdom
The Role AIRE is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible to ensure clients' well-being by performing relaxing and cosmetic treatments following our established protocols. You'll also maintain our relaxation spaces in top condition with all the necessary materials for a perfect AIRE experience. Key Responsibilities Perform relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments, as well as exfoliations, following AIRE’s established protocols and techniques for each. Communicate all relevant information about the treatment and the products used to the client, adhering to the provided manual and treatment protocols. Ensure consistency in providing the same experience when treatments are scheduled for couples and coordinate effectively with the partner therapist. Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences per company protocols. Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments. Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity. Regularly check and maintain an adequate supply of all products required for the customer's experience, reporting any shortages or low stock of any product used in various treatments. You'll receive thorough training to explore our diverse range of treatments and truly grasp the essence of AIRE's unique approach. Who You Are You have at least one year of experience in a similar role. You possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy or equivalent in the UK. You are fluent in English. You're genuinely customer-focused and excel at connecting with people. Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Shift Patterns Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and are planned at least two weeks ahead. Operating hours start at 9:00 AM and end at 11:00 PM. Shifts are a maximum of 8.5 hours (including break). Operating days are Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays. Why You Should Join Us Permanent contract and 15 working hours.
