Our outcomes and activities senior support worker will play a key role in supporting people with autism to achieve employment related skills and work experience through enterprise activity and volunteering. Key responsibilities will be to coordinate the use of Nourish Digital care management within the team to improve outcomes and to assist in supporting the service to achieve Autism Accreditation by use of portfolios, evidence gathering and case studies. Outcomes will be measured using a variety of tools, such as individual personal progress, ASDAN awards and AQA's This advert is for a full-time position 37 Hours. The salary for this position is £22,972.56 per annum Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working. Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred No two days are the same. Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment.
