You must have a strong proven track record of leading and managing a dental team.. Essential Requirements: ✓ Minimum 2+ years experience as Dental Practice Manager ✓ Experience Private Dental Practice (Highly Advantageous) ✓ Team Management / Leadership experience ✓ Excellent communication skills ✓ Excellent interpersonal skills ✓ Can-do attitude ✓ Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
