Main duties of the job Successful Applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable with a passion for providing high quality patient care. Along with an interest in acute medical care and specialist palliative care nursing. We care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can consider several working patterns to support work life balance of our staff. The role will involve flexible working to meet the need of the service. As a registered nurse you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and delegate tasks and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. You will be expected to take on the role as a practice supervisor/assessor, supporting nursing students on placement along with our own junior members of the nursing team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
