We are looking to recruit a Consultant Psychological Therapist, passionate about early intervention, to lead the CUES team and work in partnership with local primary schools and CAMHS clinical services. The CUES team develop and deliver digital and in person mental health promotion and early intervention programmes, to children in school, clinical and community settings. The post holder will lead the CUES team and work in partnership with local primary schools and CAMHS services. They will design, lead, manage and plan the delivery of all of the CUES interventions, including digital programmes and adaptations for specific populations. The post holder will be responsible for the management of staff in the CUES Service and ensure further research is conducted relevant to new developments. The successful candidate will be registered with / accredited by the psychological therapy professional body as appropriate to their discipline HCPC/APC/UKCP/BABCP . They will have experience of acting in a managerial role within a clinical team. About our location: Maudsley Hospital (headquarters) The CUES team based is situated at the Michael Rutter Centre, De Crespigny Park Rd adjacent to the Maudsley Hospital. Our Trust headquarters is also located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2). We also provide services and operate across other locations, such as London boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark; and substance misuse services for residents of Bexley, Lambeth, Greenwich and Wandsworth. Flexible Working We are proud to offer flexible working as part of our new ways of working, and we are happy to talk flexible working at the interview stage. In this role you will mostly be expected to work Monday to Friday in the time frames from 9 to 5, but most staff are requested to work later (also starting later) one per week but this can be negotiated. (this may include working early mornings or late evenings and some Saturdays as part of the core working hours/working pattern for this post). On-site working a minimum of four days will be required.
