Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Associate to join our growing team! We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Associate, Media, to join our vibrant and proactive health media team. This role is hybrid offering the chance to work on both Media and Communications activities. It is an exceptional opportunity for either someone with a passion for media keen to learn about health, or a scientific mind eager to explore media. As part of our 70+ strong team of media professionals worldwide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare communications efforts. Responsibilities: Provide primary support for internal and external communications across all Real Chemistry accounts. Support media monitoring and develop/manage media lists for clients. Conduct media outreach and build media relationships with guidance. Develop strong project management skills and an interest in healthcare communications. Manage client and account communications, including drafting content such as press releases, infographics, and fact sheets. Incorporate client feedback into documents and materials. Engage in research to support client needs and stay informed on relevant trends. Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet client requirements. Manage timelines and project trackers to ensure team deliverables are met on schedule. Familiarise yourself with AI, agile analytics, and the PESO model. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. Professional presence with a client service orientation and a sense of urgency. Competence in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint. Experience writing for a news outlet, with demonstrable bylines [desired]. Passionate about media and health, with a proactive and curious mindset. Natural leader and initiator, capable of turning ideas into action. A team player who thrives in a collaborative and diverse environment. High energy and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving workplace. Strong written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Working with HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
