Job Summary Full - time Respiratory Consultant locum post consisting of 10 PA's supporting outpatient clinics withparticular focus on Sleep and Lung Cancer services. Main duties of the job The Appointee Will Be Expected To Deliver day-to-dayclinical care and leadership in Respiratory outpatient clinic Provide training, supervision, and support to doctors in training, medical students, and other health professionals working in respiratory medicine. Work with consultant colleagues and nursing staff to ensure efficient use of Trust's resources and contribute actively to clinical governance in the department and to development of quality enhancement projects in the unit Show flexibility and undertake different appropriate clinical tasks at the request of theclinicalmanager,asthe needarises. Actively participate in the department's teachingprogramand undertake supervision,teaching and training of medical traineesand other multi-professional staff, in line withguidancefrom therelevant RoyalCollegesorspecialty bodies.
