As a Sister / Charge Nurse at our Highgate Hospital, you will be registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively, in everything from Cardiology to Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, You Will Support the Clinical Head of Department for Nursing in the efficient running of the Outpatients department Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety Work well with consultants who are experts in their field Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training Helping you feel good We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
