                                                    Social Worker : Independent with TipTopJob in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom

                                                    We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to undertake and promote the effective assessment of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children including those in Age Assessment/Dispute. This should also encompass care planning, intervention and review for UASC cases including children in need of being children looked after and/or protection, including circumstances where it is necessary for the local authority to initiate legal proceedings to safeguard children and to further consider their immigration status. You will bring experience of managing a caseload of ranging complexity and problems, and competing demands. You will have knowledge of legislation, case law in relation to UASC/age assessments and its application. Requirement Must have Enhanced DBs (Child and Adult) HCPC Registration Right to Represent Social Work England (SWE) Registration Right to Work Location: Cardiff Hours per week: 37 (Mon to fri 9am to 5pm) If interested, please submit CV and call Varsha at between 9am to 5pm for more details.
