Maintain school grounds (mowing lawns, weeding, etc.)  Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.  Set up classrooms and equipment for lessons.  Assist with school events (assemblies, plays, sporting events).  Maintain school equipment (playgrounds, sports equipment, etc.)  Communicate with teachers and staff about maintenance issues.
