Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network (BEC PCN) has a new and exciting opportunity for an ANP/ACPs to join the BEC Treatment Centre Team. We are looking for ANP/ACPs to work in hours and out of hours service at the PCN Treatment Centre. The service runs Monday to Thursday 4pm-8pm, plus Saturdays 9am-5pm. The sessions we are recruiting for are: Monday and Wednesday: 8am-4pm, and Thursday 4pm-8pm. Salary: From £26.07 to £27.48 per hour (In-hours/Depending on experience), £33.89 to £35.72 per hour (OOH 6.30pm-8pm and Saturdays/ Depending on experience) UK Registration Applicants must have current UK professional registration. The Treatment Centre is based at Shelley Manor Medical Centre, comprising of multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals working towards a vision of providing integrated care for all our patients and improving access. ANP/ACPs will be expected to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to F2F appointments,prescribe and refer patients to appropriate care providers, within locally agreed PCN healthcare pathways. Main duties of the job Manage own appointment list of patients across the age continuum to provide whole episode of healthcare by seeing, assessing, diagnosing, treating and discharging or referring patients attending the Treatment Centre across a wide range of undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions including minor injuries and minor ailments. Able to use an advanced level of professional accountability, autonomy and judgement for seeing treating and assessing patients who present with a broad range of situations and conditions. You will have an advanced practice qualification & be a non-medical prescriber. Plan, manage complete episodes of care, working in partnership with other members of the multi-disciplinary PCN team, delegating and referring as appropriate. Work autonomously, clinically examining and assessing patients and initiating any appropriate action whilst taking responsibility for managing practice whilst using an advanced level of professional accountability, autonomy and judgment for highly complex decision making across a broad range of situations.
