Duties & Responsibilities: We are growing our training team and are now looking for a Nurse Trainer for Highfield House in Purley. The successful candidates must be individuals with the motivation and drive to improve patient care and demonstrate Fairlie Healthcares Core Values in their daily work.   To support mandatory training function across Centres by supporting the management team to allocate staff for daily sessions, maintaining accurate training records and encouraging training attendance.
