                                                    Community Staff Nurse  with County Durham &amp; Darlington NHS Foundation Trust in County Durham 

                                                     We are currently seeking a RN to join the Community Nursing service. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home or residential care setting. Sucessful applicants will be required to hold a first level nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to the role can be provided.   The Community nursing team provide both planned and reactive care including Urgent Community Response.   About us  The sucessful candidate will provide a variety of nursing care to patients; including wound care, administration of medication, palliative care, management of bowel and catheter care. The role involves assessment of patient care needs, care planning, delivery of care and review. The sucessful candidate will be required to work independently as part of the wider Nursing team reporting back to senior staff on duty.
