                                                     Acle Medical Partnership is currently seeking to recruit a fulltime Prescription Clerk for 37.5 hours per week to assist our busy dispensary team and ensure the smooth operation of our dispensary services and care to our patients. We offer a supportive and proactive working environment to all our staff and teams to develop skills and competencies. We offer a private healthcare scheme and full training will be given to the ideal candidate.   Duties will include: Taking repeat prescriptions via email and via our online messaging service Taking telephone calls and enquiries Supporting colleagues with workloads Serving patients at the dispensary hatch   About us  Job Responsibilities Serving patients at the Dispensary hatch Giving out prescriptions Dealing with patient enquiries Taking telephone calls Taking repeat prescription requests via email and Accurx Taking paper repeat prescription requests face-to-face from patients Processing, checking and submitting prescriptions Dealing with and completing Dispensary tasks Sorting patient and colleague queries Using the Titan Dispensary system daily
