                                                     We are looking for a Senior- NHS Staff Residential Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation services across Welkin House, Eastbourne District General Hospital, and Conquest Hospital.    This is an exciting opportunity to strategically and operationally manage staff accommodation services, ensuring safe, high-quality, and affordable housing for NHS staff while driving commercial opportunities for income generation.   The Senior Manager of NHS Staff Residential Accommodation is responsible for the strategic and operational management of staff accommodation services across multiple sites, including WELKIN, EDGH (Eastbourne District General Hospital), and Conquest.   Additionally, the role includes commercial management of the WELKIN estate, working closely with other NHS Trusts and exploring potential private tenancy opportunities. The role will focus on developing business strategies and identifying new opportunities to generate additional income while ensuring the continued provision of high-quality, safe, and affordable housing for NHS staff.   The Senior Manager will oversee a team of Accommodation Officers, ensuring effective service delivery across all sites and working to maximise occupancy and income generation.
