                                                     We are seeking two enthusiastic part-time fully trained practice nurses to work around 20 hours a week each on either day of the week except Tuesdays, during the opening hours of the surgery. One of the shifts must be a late shift ending at 6pm. The ideal candidate should be lively and bubbly with a can-do attitude and are used to working in a NHS GP Practice, with care being the forefront of your mind. We are a small friendly GP practice in the heart of Hayes, Kent. With only 6500 registered patients. If successful we would need 2 employment references and enhanced DBS check prior to commencement of employment.   We do not have a oversea visa support scheme available and will only consider applicants located in the UK who holds the right to work in the UK documentation. Only candidates with primary care/GP experience will be considered   The practice nurse is responsible for providing nursing services to the practice population, within the boundaries of the role. They will support patients to be healthy, monitor patients with long-term conditions, and deliver health prevention, promotion and screening activities.   This will include but is not limited to assessing patients; planning and implementing treatment protocols; and reviewing and tracking progress.
