Leadership experience is an an advantage   The Sister / Charge Nurse take responsibility and is accountable for delegated nursing care within the clinical environment. They provide nursing leadership and are accountable for patient, public and staff experience.   They will lead, offer clinical advice and supportmanagement of services to ensure the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
