                                                     The Hillingdon Hospital serves the local population of Hillingdon, playing an important role in the diagnosis of cancer, and treatment of common cancers. A key focus of this role will be to deliver sustainable resilient cancer pathways, to ensure the Trust is able to consistently deliver the constitutional standards and provide a high-quality patient experience.   Accountable to the Chief Operating Officer and working in partnership with Clinical Directors and Divisional/ Lead Nurses, this post is responsible for operational delivery, operational performance, financial performance, governance, change, and business development across the Directorate. You will provide effective leadership and be a key member of the Trust's and Division's senior management teams.   The postholder will be required to:   Use their operational credibility to deliver robust systems and take stakeholders on an improvement journey for the benefit of patients and deliver change at scale and pace to improve cancer services and understand treatment variation.
