Mental Health Practitioner with Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Skegness
Mental Health Practitioners (Band 6 AFC) needed for a brand new Mental Health Liaison Service at Skegness Urgent Treatment Centre. This pilot Service is being created with winter pressures Monies to support LCHS at Skegness Urgent Treatment Centre with patients with mental health needs for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extending if the service is successful. Suitably qualified, experienced (at least 2 years) and registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers are encouraged to apply. Hours of Work: Shifts covering a 8am to 10pm, 7 days per week, which could include earlys, lates, and long days. We are looking for Mental Health Practitioners with experience across multiple disciplines, including older adult mental health care, experience of crisis, liaison, or other urgent care pathways. We will make a commitment of ensuring you are provided with high quality supervision and mentoring to support your development, knowledge, and skills to succeed in delivering high quality care. You will need to demonstrate high functioning in risk management, communication skills, and exceptional personal qualities to deliver high quality care and assessment to patients.
