Using our experience of delivery of cellular therapies in haematology you'll have a unique opportunity to lead on Trust-wide pathways and care plans for patients in specialities including oncology, cardiology, liver Love patient care? You'll offer us *Expert clinical skills *quality patient experience *keen attention to detail *confidence to liaise with multiple specialities at senior level *Visibility in clinical areas including inpatient wards *Care planning delivering sustainable nursing care Love education? You'll offer us *Excellent communication skills able to talk to people from many backgrounds and specialities *Strong writing skills *Experience of delivering education We'll offer you *Attendance at national /international conferences *support to develop skills in service development, strategy, critical thinking, planning *Opportunities to direct your own development *Ongoing close support We need *an eye for quality patient care *experience of setting and maintaining high standards *understanding of financial issues. *knowledge of risk and patient safety management *ideas, confidence and enthusiasm   Leading Clinical teams and line management responsibilities for the Cellular therapies team Working clinically to support the delivery of the service and provide assurance of efficacy of pathways Managing risk and feeding into departmental governance meetings Supporting educational pathways and staff development Local, national and international networking Providing strategic thinking and developing future service planning Engaging with and supporting the senior haematology nursing leadership team Providing financial oversight of activity and work closely with the speciality finance team   About us  *Please Note : For a detailed job description for this vacancy, please see attached Job Description*
