Clinical Skills Facilitator with St Wilfrid's Hospice in Eastbourne
The Clinical Skills Facilitator will be supporting work by the Learning & Development Team to provide clinical education and practical skills training to staff working within the Inpatient Unit and Community. The post holder will work assist in enabling the professional development, confidence and competence of the clinical workforce. Working collaboratively across clinical services, assisting in the development of a clinically skilled workforce, resulting in the delivery of effective, high quality safe patient centred care. Reporting to and supporting the PDL the planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of staff skill development and support across clinical nursing and care teams. Working as part of Learning & Development Department to assist in facilitating clinical skills related training, and practice development within St Wilfrid's Hospice. To help create and maintain an environment which facilitates and promotes learning , personal / professional development and clinical competence amongst clinical staff (both registered and unregistered).
