                                                     Are you a Specialist Doctor who is enthusiastic and committed? We have an opportunity to recruit a Specialist Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to work 8 PA per week in Poole CAMHS based in Shaftesbury Road.   As a Specialist Doctor you will lead a multidisciplinary team, alongside a Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Service Manager and a Team Leader. The clinical aspects of the post arise from an overall role to lead the team in the provision of effective assessment and treatment services for patients aged up to 18 years. The role includes a focus on supporting improvements in the process of transition to the adult mental health services as and when appropriate.   You will be expected to work as part of an outreach focused multi-disciplinary mental health team and work jointly and flexibly with colleagues from Social Services, Education, and health colleagues in other Trusts. You will take part in case conferences and reviews as required by the clients' clinical needs and the Trusts operational policies. As a senior professional, your role will naturally include activities supporting both direct clinical contacts, and service delivery.   It is essential that you will be expected to maintain Section 12 (2) and be an Approved Clinician.   Do you have a friend or family member you would recommend to join us?
