We are looking for passionate, driven and experienced Speech and Language Therapists to become part of our dynamic and ever-growing team. In your role, you will be at the heart of providing specialist support to infants and families through the Family Integrated Care model . You will assess, diagnose, and manage early communication and feeding challenges in newborns affected by prematurity or medical conditions, making a lasting difference in their lives. You will work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team including Neonatal Consultants , Nurses , Infant Feeding Teams , AHPs , Psychologists , to deliver evidence-based care and support, ensuring the best outcomes for our neonatal patients. This role offers you the opportunity to take on an exciting leadership position that combines both operational and clinical responsibilities . You will play a critical role in to service improvement and audit processes .
