Principal Clinical Psychologist/Principal Psychological Therapist with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust in Bradford
We are seeking an experienced principal clinical psychologist or psychological therapist who is passionate about working to complete the co-production and embedding of a transdiagnostic clinical pathway for people receiving care from community mental health teams in Bradford and Craven. We offer a wide range of training, mentoring and reflective practice opportunities to our staff and seek someone who is committed to reducing barriers and inequalities for our diverse and marginalised communities and for groups who suffer from intersectional difficulties and needs to receive high quality, multi disciplinary, person centred and trauma informed care. The successful candidate will join a strong and welcoming team to help us deliver on the embedded of clear, inclusive care pathways for people, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery for all. Closing- 8th December 2024 Shortlisting- 9th December 2024 Interview- 16th December 2024 The successful candidate will be experienced working with adults with complex mental health needs and familiar with working through a trauma informed lens to understand what has happened to people and ways to alleviate their distress. The lead role oversees the psychological therapists and assistant psychologist in the team as well as providing support, training, formulation, reflective space and leadership with the wider clinical team and their own clinical work. We welcome innovation, creativity and holistic ways of working to meet the needs of our diverse communities. The successful postholder will also work as part of Bradford and Craven's Act As One helping to build holistic person centred care for people in their local communities alongside colleagues in health, social care and the thriving voluntary services sector.
