With this in mind, we're looking for someone with: Significant experience in supply chain management, preferably within a large, complex organisation. Proven ability to lead change and manage large-scale projects. Strong understanding of NHS procurement and supply chain processes, with experience in using data to drive improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments. Passion for driving innovation and improving patient outcomes through operational excellence. About us To support the development of the Trusts Supply Chain strategy. To provide a resource to review the existing Inventory Management and end-to-end Supply Chain service which provides medical/non-medical and surgical consumables to user departments across all NuTH sites aimed at promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
