To ensure own and Clinical Site Management Team's compliance with all Trust policies, particularly the Rhythm of the Day, Patient Access Bed Allocation Operating Procedure, Integrated Discharge Policy, Trust Capacity & Demand Escalation Plan, Inter-site Transfer Policy and all relevant clinical policies.    To provide initial site leadership for the management and response to incidents occurring within the hospital, outside of normal working hours (i.e.: arrest calls, security incidents, fire calls, trauma calls, serious clinical incidents / complaints and serious incidents).
