To provide clinical expertise and leadership to a team of qualified and unqualified nurses on the haemodialysis unit at The Royal Stoke Hospital.   Essential skills:     RGN with haemodialysis experience   Excellent communication skills   Able to work within a team     Desirable skills:     Leadership training   Mentoring experience     Please note the University Hospitals of North Midlands (NHS) Trust, do not pay travel expenses for candidates attending interviews.
