The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care within a community setting, working towards patient rehabilitation, self-management, and independence. This role involves managing the day-to-day clinical needs of an identified caseload, undertaking initial assessments, and ongoing management of IV therapy.   About us      Deliver high-quality care within the community setting, focusing on intravenous therapy.   Manage day-to-day clinical needs of an identified caseload under the guidance of the IV Nurse.   Conduct holistic assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
