With your team of Senior Practitioners and the support of your managers, you will ensure decisions are clear, evidence-based and made at pace to ensure our children receive a timely and safe response. About the Role The role of Senior Practitioner in MASH is an importantone; you will be responsible for reviewing referrals and determining the most appropriate response to meet a child's needs.With your team of Senior Practitioners and the support of your managers, you will ensure decisions are clear, evidence-based and made at pace to ensure our children receive a timely and safe response. About you This is a key safeguarding role and therefore you need to be an experienced social worker with at least 3 years post qualifying experience in a child safeguarding role.The MASH is a busy, fast-paced environment, and so you should have experience of working in a busy duty and response environment. Previous experience in a MASH team is desirable.
