Are you passionate about improving services for people living in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham? We are seeking a dynamic Delivery Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across the Hammersmith and Fulham Borough and Health and Care Partnership, supporting the delivery of services for those in need within the community. In this role, you will support various team initiatives and will work alongside professionals from a wide range of disciplines. The role will entail supporting the effective delivery of services to the community, with a particular emphasis on governance, committee management and coordination, distribution of papers and minuting of key forums across the borough and Health and care partnership. The monitoring and reporting function of delivery programmes and workstreams, to include tracking and reporting on programme risk and issue logs, risk reports, progress reports, dependency logs and action logs.The role will also involve working closely with project teams, and understanding complex information and motivating the delivery of the programme through linkages with internal and external team members delivering the work. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on Flu and Immunisations for the borough, working closely with key stakeholders across North West London, to drive forward the programme of work. As the Delivery Officer in Hammersmith and Fulham, you will be responsible for the provision of full administrative support to the Department Senior Management Team. This will include: Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; Arranging travel, parking and office accommodation as appropriate; Take minutes or dictation at meetings; Setting up meetings (in-person or via MS Teams) and ensuring that preparation for meetings is undertaken efficiently and with adherence to timescales; Support the Business Manager with minute taking for programme boards, committees and internal meetings when required; Working with the team to ensure that PMO updates and highlight progress reports are updated at regular intervals and that dialogue is had with those delivering front-line services or project deliverables; Use analytical judgment to understand whether team projects are achieving the required standard, and reporting this back to the team leader, making recommendations for improvement; Supporting the team to plan work schedules and simple programme or project plans; Proactively suggest ideas on improving policy or working practices within their area of work; About us For more information on the detailed job description and main responsibilities for this role, please read the job description and person specification document provided on this advert.
