The post holder will have responsibility for a team, and as a proactive Team Leader - using effective communication skills -to be actively involved in changing care plans and goals according to evaluation and review.   Theatre experience essential     Lead a team Theatres ensuring safe and effective care.   Responsible for staff development and effective use of resources.   The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.       About us  The purpose of this post is to provide clinical and managerial support to the Theatre Manager in the development, implementation and co-ordination of high-quality patient care within the theatre area.
