We're seeking a dynamic Apprentice Recruitment Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for candidates onboarding on their journey with the Royal Devon. The successful postholder will start on a fixed term 18 months contract as part of their apprenticeship programme. On successful completion, they will progress to a substantive role. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding administrative support to our managers to help them with advertising, managing shortlisting, sending invitations, and processing successful candidates. Serve as a liaison between candidates and managers via phone and email, ensuring seamless communication. Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with a supportive, fun, and dedicated team.
