We are a well-established, integrated heart failure service covering 2 acute hospital sites and a virtual ward.   This post holder will be key to supporting the team of Heart Failure Nursing team. and to provide administration and secretary support with day to day running of the service.   About us  This post holder will be key to supporting the team of Heart Failure Nursing team. and to provide administration and secretary support with day to day running of the service. This could include speaking with patients and other health care professionals, supporting the virtual wards. Booking and managing outpatient clinics.
