HealthHarmonie, a national leader in community outpatient services, is seeking experienced ENT Nurse Specialists to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to triage referrals and collaborate with ENT Consultants to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care in a community setting. By joining HealthHarmonie, you'll play a key role in reducing patient waiting times while contributing to a more efficient and accessible healthcare system. Predominantly based in the Midlands and South West, with opportunities as we expand services nationally. Assess and prioritise patient referrals to optimise care delivery. Provide clinical support during consultations, including diagnostics and patient management. Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical governance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care. About us Triage referrals to ensure timely and appropriate patient care. Work alongside ENT Consultants to assess and manage a range of ENT conditions. Support the delivery of consultant-led, community-based outpatient services.
