About us  The Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Primary Care Network. The PCN Manager will also spearhead quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient engagement within the network. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management Coordination : Oversee daily operations of the PCN, ensuring all practices and services function cohesively. Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize processes across the network.
