The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the daily operations within our Award Winning Departments throughout our Patients and Retail outlets and the provision of related food services to Patients and Staff across the Trust . You will be expected to ensure that all shifts are operated according to our high standards. The successful applicant will be working within our state of the art equipped catering department. About us To manage the day to day operation of a fast paced food operation ensuring the high standards are maintained and to advise on any potential improvements to the service. To ensure all HACCP documentation is accurate and completed challenging any gaps. To manage the Healthroster system for the team. To ensure all staff are adequately trained for all aspects of the service. To ensure all rotas are correctly filled using the most cost effective methods To ensure all staff are effectively supervised The management of cash relating to the retail operations on site To support the Catering lead on site in ensuring service provision is of the highest professional standards. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
