We are looking for a part-time Secretary to work 25.5 hours per week, over 3 days Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8am to 5pm with a half hour lunch. Bethesda Medical Centre Job Title: Medical Secretary Accountable to: Practice Secretaries Responsible for: All secretarial activities required to ensure the efficient running of the Practice. Terms of Reference: To assist the Practice Secretaries in the provision of secretarial services for the Practice. Main responsibilities: Provide typewritten documents from audio typing/long hand as required by GPs or Practice Manager Liaise with medical secretaries and other medical professionals as required by GPs. Liaise with patients with respect to medical care. Take minutes of meetings as required. Undertaking any other duties which may be assigned by the GPs or Practice Secretaries.
