Are you interested in improving patient care? Do you want to make a difference? If so, come and develop your knowledge and skills and equip yourself to help drive the quality agenda in the Trust. Applications are invited from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the Clinical Effectiveness Unit as a project Facilitator. Working within an established team, the successful candidate will be expected to provide advice and support to clinicians on a variety of multi-professional clinical effectiveness projects. Provide a specialist advice and support service to healthcare professionals with the aim of promoting evidence-based practice and ultimately improving the quality &amp; outcomes of clinical care for patients. Have key involvement in the delivery of a prioritised Trust Clinical Audit Programme of projects. Communicate audit results and other clinical effectiveness information (e.g. basic training on clinical audit methods), both orally and in writing, to multi-disciplinary / speciality clinical audiences Liaise with clinicians and other healthcare professionals for the development of audit project databases and advise on data analysis methods.
