                                                     Specialist Practitioner Mental Health   Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a new challenge?   NOW is a great time to join the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS)NHS Trust.   As a Trust, we are leading and shaping the evolution of how we managepatients in the North West.   *Previous applicants need not apply*   As a registered Mental Health Nurse we will train you to use advancedtelephone triage skills and make clinical decisions; thus providing patientswith appropriate care pathways which may not necessarily be transport to atreatment facility.   NWAS is passionate about providing the best for its staff through a clear and supportive career framework and there will be on-going professional support and opportunities for successful applicants.   This role will allow the post holder to contribute to the development of thewider Urgent Care agenda within the Trust by supporting the development ofUrgent Care Services, care pathways and clinical triage systems.   The postholder will also be involved in the delivery of clinical supervision andmentorship to peers.   The Post is available at our Emergency Operations Centres at Parkway(Manchester) or Estuary Point (Liverpool).
