Order supplies and equipment using the Trust procurement system under the guidance of the Clinic Manager. To greet service users in an efficient and friendly manner. To manage telephone enquiries sensitively and initiate appropriate action. Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence. Check patient demographics and amend as necessary. Accurate data entry onto the maternity system. Accurate updating of patient information data. There may be additional clerical duties based upon specific clinic needs. Participate in the training and induction of new staff as required. Ensure the smooth running of the clinic by providing an initial point of contact for telephone/e-mail or face to face enquiries.
